On Friday 24th January, Northern Ireland experienced some of the worst damage to property and services for over a decade due to the severe weather conditions.
We are currently responding to thousands of repair requests and are prioritising the most urgent and dangerous repairs, to first and foremost ensure the safety of our tenants.
Please only call again if the damage has become worse or if you have a new repair to report.
Even as we move out of the initial periods of disruption, our Customer Service team continue to receive and manage an unprecedented number of repair calls and we would ask that you are patient at this time.
