Our Customer Support and Response & Repair teams are experiencing high demand following Storm Éowyn
With the very strong winds that we all experienced on Friday 24th January due to Storm Éowyn, and the subsequent storm that followed on Sunday, Northern Ireland experienced some of the worst damage to property and services for over a decade.
Many of our tenants and staff have suffered property damage as well as significant periods without power. Potentially, some properties may be without power for a number of days until NIE is able to get the network back to normal.
As we move out of the initial periods of disruption, our Customer Service Centre are dealing with a high volume of calls, prioritising the most urgent and dangerous situations with our teams and maintenance contractors.
Our teams will continue to work tirelessly to ensure Radius tenants, schemes and homes are safe and secure.
