Paying Your Rent
Automated Telephone Number
The Allpay automated telephone payment system allows you to pay your rent from your landline or mobile telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call the Allpay automated payment line on 0330 041 6497.
Follow the simple steps to complete your payment. Remember, when using Allpay you must have your:
- 19-digit Allpay card number
- Debit or credit card number, expiry date and three-digit CVV (Card Verification Value) number on the back of the card

Allpay App
You can also pay your rent via the Allpay app.
Once you have downloaded the app, follow the simple steps on the app to complete your payment. Remember, when using Allpay you must have your:
- 19-digit Allpay card number
- Debit or credit card number, expiry date and three digit CVV (Card Verification Value) number on the back of the card

Pay Online
Pay online using Allpay’s online portal.
When you have logged into your account using the app, your payment reference numbers will automatically be stored so you won't need to enter them every time.
PayPoint
Pay using your Allpay card at any garage, shop or post office displaying the PayPoint symbol.
Direct Debit
You can set up a Direct Debit to pay automatically when your rent is due.
Once it is set up, you won't need to take any further action if the amount you are due to pay changes (e.g. annual rent increase) as this will automatically adjust and you will be notified in writing. To set up a Direct Debit contact our office on 0330 123 0888.
By Telephone
If you have a debit or credit card you can call Radius on 0330 123 0888 to make a payment.
By Post
Please do not send cash via post. Cheques should be made payable to Radius Housing Association and crossed A/C PAYEE ONLY. Please write your name, address and Tenancy Reference (if known) on the back of any cheques sent to Radius.
