Care Homes
Our aim is to provide happy, safe and supportive care homes for our tenants. We provide a broad range of care services for people with complex needs, those with dementia, older people and adults with a learning disability. Services are delivered directly by our care staff in housing with care schemes, at day care services and in partnership with a number of statutory, voluntary and private sector partners.
Support
We provide a floating support service for people who are 55 and older, who wish to continue living independently in their own homes.
Radius Housing also has several joint management partners providing care and support to a wide range of service users.
Our home adaptations service ‘Staying Put’ provides free practical support and advice to disabled and/or older people applying for a Northern Ireland Housing Executive Disabled Facilities Grant for a disabled home adaptation
