This Agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to your use of the ‘My Radius Housing’ portal.
1. Access to the ‘My Radius Housing’ portal
1.1 Eligibility
To access and use the ‘My Radius Housing’ portal, you must be a registered
tenant of one of our managed properties and have a valid account.
1.2 Account Creation
To use the ‘My Radius Housing’ portal, you must provide accurate, current, and
complete information during the account registration process.
2 User Responsibilities
2.1 Accurate
Information
You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information when creating or
updating your account. You must promptly update any information that changes,
such as your email address, phone number, or other personal details.
2.2 Account Security
On completion of your registration you are responsible for always keeping your
login credentials and password secure and for any activities that occur under
your account. You are also responsible for ensuring that all users you have
authorised to access ‘My Radius Housing’ portal account on your behalf are
aware of these terms of use and other applicable terms and conditions, and that
they comply with them. You must promptly notify Radius Housing of any
unauthorised use of your account.
2.3 Radius has the right to disable your ‘My Radius Housing’ portal at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of these terms of use.
3 Services Provided through ‘My Radius Housing’ portal
3.1 Payment
Services
The ‘My Radius Housing’ portal allows you to make payments for your rent and
other associated charges. By using ‘My Radius Housing’ portal to make payments,
you acknowledge that:
· Payments will be processed through a third-party service provider
· Payments are not considered complete until processed and confirmed by the payment service provider.
3.2 Repair Requests
The ‘My Radius Housing’ portal allows you to submit routine repair requests for
your home. You agree to provide accurate
and detailed descriptions of the issues to ensure timely service.
3.3 Emergency Repairs must not be reported via the ‘My Radius Housing’ portal, these should be reported to the Customer Service Centre number advertised on the Radius website.
3.3 Communication
By using the ‘My Radius Housing’ portal, you consent to receive communications,
notifications, and updates related to your tenancy electronically via the portal.
3.4 Document Access
You may use the ‘My Radius Housing’ portal to access and view your tenancy
agreement, payment history, and other documents. These documents are for
informational purposes only and may not be copied or shared without our
consent.
4 Privacy and Data Protection
4.1 Your privacy is paramount to Radius, and we are committed to protecting your privacy online. Any personal information that is collected (with your knowledge) is solely for the purpose of communicating with you in regard to an online query and/or your benefiting from the ‘My Radius Housing’ portal services.
4.2 By using the portal, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with Radius’ Privacy Policy
4.3 The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.
5 Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership of Content
All content provided through the ‘My Radius Housing’ portal, including
software, logos, text, graphics, and other materials, is the property of Radius
or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not
reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the portal without prior
written permission from us.
6 Termination of Access
6.1 Termination
by Tenant
You may terminate your use of the ‘My Radius Housing’ portal at any time by using
the ‘Delete My Account’ button in the portal. However, this will not affect
your obligations under any existing tenancy agreement.
6.2 Termination by Radius
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ‘My Radius Housing’
portal if:
· You violate any terms of this Agreement
· We determine that your use of the ‘My Radius Housing’ portal disrupts or interferes with the portal’s functionality or other users’ access.
7 Limitation of Liability
7.1 No Warranty
The ‘My Radius Housing’ portal is provided "as is" and "as
available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant
that ‘My Radius Housing’ portal will always be error-free or available.
7.2 Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Radius or its affiliates be liable for any indirect,
incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or
inability to use ‘My Radius Housing’ portal, including but not limited to loss
of services, data, or interruption.
8 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
8.1 This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland.
9 Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
9.1 We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this Agreement and notify you of any material changes. By continuing to use ‘My Radius Housing’ portal after changes have been made, you agree to the updated Terms and Conditions.
10 Miscellaneous
10.1 Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or
unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
10.2 Entire
Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Radius with
respect to the use of the ‘My Radius Housing’ portal and supersedes any prior
agreements or understandings.
