Radius Housing has four dedicated in-house Welfare Advice Officers who engage with our tenants on a daily basis.They provide advice, guidance, information and advocacy on all aspects of benefit entitlement.
The final phase of Universal Credit (UC) implementation across Northern Ireland will begin next month for those in receipt of tax credits and no other benefits.

The UK government has introduced the biggest changes to the welfare and benefits system in over 60 years.
