Do you want to make a difference?
If you are 13-18 years of age and living with a parent/guardian within a Radius property, then join our Youth Panel to make a difference in your community. We will help you develop transferrable skills which you can use to improve your future education and employment options.
You will contribute to what we do at Radius Housing, helping to shape future housing and the work that is carried out within your community.
This Youth Panel will encourage young people to engage with us and have their voices heard.
We Want Your Help
Youth Panel members will have the opportunity to help us with:
- Developing ideas for future houses
- Co-designing visual resources
- Social media content creation
Plus, help us inspire other young people to ensure you are at the centre of our Radius Tenant Engagement Structure.

No experience necessary, we want to hear ideas and suggestions from all ages and backgrounds.
What we ask of you
- Commit to be a Youth Panel Member for at least one year
- Attending the online meetings (to be held during school holidays)
- Be enthusiastic
- Work together with everyone
- Be respectful and listen to the views of others
