Tenant Engagement Strategy 

Radius is committed to maximising opportunities to keep our tenants and residents at the heart of everything we do. We have a ‘Stronger Together’ approach to tenant engagement, uniting tenants, residents, and staff and providing genuine opportunities for them to influence decisions and ultimately improve satisfaction.

Our approach to tenant engagement ensures we develop policies and services that meet the needs of our tenants and residents. This approach utilises the input of tenants and staff, complementing and building upon the tenant engagement activities conducted across the organisation.

The Tenant Engagement Strategy identifies what we aim to achieve together over the next three years, ensuring our tenants remain central to service provision and decision-making.

We will be holding information sessions to enrol new Tenant Representatives who will help shape services
for over 13,000 homes across Northern Ireland.

Derry/Londonderry - Foyle Fold 11am 30th January

Coleraine - Rathain Fold 2pm 30th January

Newry - Bronte Fold 11am 31st January

Online 3pm and 7pm 31st January

Belfast - Lisburn Road Office 11am 1st February

Community Investment Strategy 

Radius' Community Investment Strategy recognises that with over 13,000 households, Radius is well positioned to affect positive community change, beyond the development and maintenance of buildings. Strategic community investment leads to more sustainable and self-reliant communities, which will positively impact Radius and the communities we serve.

Financial Wellbeing Strategy

This strategy sets out how Radius will help and support the financial wellbeing of our tenants in the coming months and years. We have set out a strategic response which will ensure that our staff are equipped with the required resources and information to support our tenants.

Our aim is to ensure we are fully prepared to deal with the challenges which will present themselves through this current cost-of-living crisis.
