Guidance is available for all new tenants of Radius Housing on a range of different matters relating your tenancy.
Pet Owners Agreement
All tenants are required to complete an “Application for a Pet” and “Responsible Pet Owner Agreement” before approval to allow a pet to be kept in Radius property will be given.
Universal Credit
Universal Credit is a new welfare payment for working-age people, aged 18 to state pension age, who are on low income or are out of work.
Direct Debit Mandate
You can set up a Direct Debit to pay automatically when your rent is due. To set up a Direct Debit contact our office on 0330 123 0888 or send a completed Direct Debate Mandate to your local Radius Office.
Rent Rebate Advive
Under welfare reform a Rate Rebate Scheme administered by the Department of Finance replaced the rates element of Housing Benefit. Tenants of working age who are entitled to Universal Credit can apply for Rate Rebate.
