If you are aware of anti-social behaviour in your Radius neighbourhood, please let us know. We will strive to work with you, your neighbours and, where applicable, the police and other agencies to tackle the issue and prevent further ASB incidents.

Fireworks

We want everyone to enjoy a fun, spooky and safe Halloween, and, in principle, do not consider celebrating Halloween to be anti-social behaviour.

However, irresponsible use of fireworks is considered anti-social behaviour, and in some cases may be a matter for police.

- It is illegal to possess, purchase, sell, handle or use fireworks except under licence.

- It is an offence to throw fireworks in the street or other public places.

- Only buy fireworks from a licenced retailer.

If you have information about the sale of illegal fireworks you can contact the PSNI on 101 or report online at: https://www.psni.police.uk/report

Fireworks offences can carry a maximum fine of £5,000 or a three-month prison sentence, or both.

We are committed to tackling anti-social behaviour. By working together we can prevent ASB and make your neighbourhood better for everyone.

We want to empower communities and ensure that your neighbourhood is a place that you love living.
