Tenant Conference 2023

The 2023 Radius Housing Tenant Conference took place in the Glenavon hotel, Cookstown on Wednesday 27th September 2023.

The delegates listened to a series of speakers on a range of engaging topics that have or will impact their lives including: Building Sustainable Communities, Change and Continuous Improvement, Where your rent is spent, Environmental, Social and Governance, Meet the Board and the pinnacle of the day - The Radius Community Awards.

The event was enjoyed by staff and tenants alike, supported by a wide range of exhibitors, they added an extra dimension and provided valuable advice and support to what was an extremely well-received, informative and enjoyable experience for everyone who attended in person.

For those who couldn’t attend, the conference was also broadcast live for the first time on zoom to our tenants across Northern Ireland.

The event was closed out by our Director of Communities – Loma Wilson, who reflected on our commitment and plans to move forward working “Together As One”.

The Tenant Conference also gave everyone the opportunity to ask questions, both in person and online.
