Radius Academy launches 2024 Higher Level Apprentice Programme

Celebrating National Apprenticeship Week, we are proud to announce that we are launching our Radius Academy Higher-Level Apprentice Programme.

At Radius our ethos is that ‘Everyone has a place’. We are committed to working with our communities, our employees and stakeholders to develop a committed and talented workforce which will enable us to deliver the best possible services for all of our customers.

We have a skills shortage in our industry, and we want to work with our schools and youth groups to raise awareness of the opportunities available and offer pathways that will attract people into our highly rewarding sectors!

Our Academy Recruitment Programmes include:

• Apprenticeships
• Student Placements
• Graduate Programmes

We will be taking on our first cohort of IT, Finance and HR/ Business Studies Apprenticeships in September 2024. This is a fantastic opportunity to ‘earn as you learn’ and to kick start an exciting new career in housing.

Over the coming months, we’ll be signposting further Academy updates through social media, attending school and college careers fairs, as well as running a series of roadshows and events to help provide information and support to all school leavers that will open a new door of opportunity.
