• Our wide breadth of experience has given us an in-depth appreciation of the wishes of our clients. Our Staying Put scheme is designed to provide you with a flexible package listening to you to meet your wishes when adapting or modernising your home.
• We will give you comprehensive support, helping you design and complete your work in accordance with your ideas. All work will be carried out by an approved and trusted contractor who will provide you with a warranty based guarantee.

 Our service to you will include the following: 

• A free initial consultation visit to discuss your ideas and offer our guidance.
• Confirmation of  our one-off fee for managing your project before you decide whether to then engage our service.
• The preparation and agreement with you of a specification itemising the required works to complete your project including preparation of minor sketch plans*.
• Obtaining Building Control Notice/Approval or any other Statutory approval on all works which require it.
• Contacting selected approved contractors to obtain quotations for your project.
• Helping you agree all costs by discussing quotations with you.
• Arranging for completion of contracts with your chosen contractor.
• Carrying out site inspections to monitor your work when in progress.
• Ensuring satisfactory completion of your project.
• Providing you with a 'hand-over pack' including operating instructions, guarantees and certificates as applicable.
