Contact us for free practical help and support with your grant application

Funded by the Government through Supporting People, we provide free independent advice, support and practical assistance for those applying for grant-assistance from the Northern Ireland Housing Executive's Private Sector Grants Service.

This service is for you if you are a home owner or private tenant and applying for, or considering applying for, an NIHE grant.

Our caseworkers can provide personal support and encouragement to help you through the grant application process. We will act as a point of contact between you, your family if needed, NIHE, architect, contractor and relevant statutory organisations and charities.

We will arrange to visit you in your own home to discuss your needs regarding your NIHE grant application.
