Lorraine Campbell BA (Hons), DIPL, PGIDp has spent her entire career with the Northern Ireland Housing Executive, where she was Regional Manager with responsibility for the management, maintenance and improvement of over 36,000 homes.
Throughout her career, Lorraine has championed customer service and tenant participation. As District Manager, she set up the Housing Executive's first customer panel with her office becoming one of the first to achieve Charter Mark.
As Assistant Director, she developed a strategy which delivered Charter Mark and later Customer Service Excellence accreditation for all local offices.
She was a member of the team which used the EFQM excellence model to deliver business improvement, resulting in the Housing Executive achieving the UK Excellence Award.
Lorraine is the Chair of Supporting Communities Northern Ireland. She also mentors for the Tomorrow's Leaders programme and participates in Business in the Community's Time to Read scheme.
