Radius Housing
John McLean OBE
Chief Executive
John McLean is Chief Executive of Radius, having previously been
appointed Chief Executive of Fold Housing Association in 2005. John sits
on the Boards of the Northern Ireland Federation of Housing Associations
(NIFHA) and the European Federation of Living (EFL). Up until 2019 John
had also been the Chief Executive of Fold Ireland, an approved housing body in
the Republic of Ireland. In 2016 he was awarded an OBE for his services
to housing and the local community. Prior to joining Fold, John held
director posts with Northern Ireland Electricity, the Tyco Group and Rotary
International. He is a chartered engineer and has worked throughout the
UK and Overseas in the Electricity, Oil and Gas and Manufacturing Sectors.
