Independent Board Member
Des Neill MRICS, DIPL PM (RICS) rtd is a retired chartered surveyor who joined the Board of Fold in 2008 and continues to be an independent Board Member of Radius Housing.
Previously, Des was Director of Estate Policy with the Health Department NI. He was responsible for all aspects of the management and standards of the built estate in the Health and Social Care Services Sector.
Des is currently an independent member of the Development Committee, Care and Support Committee, Communities & Assets Committee, Tealstone Developments and Radius Homes Board.
