Radius at EFL Autumn Conference 2024

This year Places for People, one of the UK’s largest housing associations hosted this inspiring event which brought together housing professionals from across Europe highlighting the shared commitment to innovation and sustainable housing solutions.

The European Federation for Living is a nonprofit organisation made up of 70 members and associates organisations from 14 European countries.

The conference kicked off with an insightful session on the UK’s sustainability goals, followed by dedicated workshops and presentations from topic group leaders including our own Community Investment Manager, Jennifer Cuthbert.

Workshops delved into critical themes such as:
- AI's transformative potential
- Decarbonisation strategies
- Addressing challenges of ageing populations

Participants of the conference also got the chance to get out on site and visit Park Hill in Sheffield to witness an innovative regeneration project up close.
