Public Consultation - Proposed New Development at Rathgill Parade, Bangor

FOLD Housing Association will be holding a public consultation session with regard to our proposed new development at Rathgill Parade, Bangor on Wednesday 27 August, 5.00pm - 7.00pm at Rathgill Community Association, 26a Rathgill Park, Bangor, BT19 7TG.

Current proposals are to provide 100 family homes comprising:
 
1 no 5 bedroom dwelling
4 no 4 bedroom dwellings
32 no 3 bedroom dwellings
45 no 2 bedroom dwellings
18 no 1 bedroom dwellings
FOLD staff will be available to answer any queries regarding the proposed development.
