North Howard Street celebrate Easter with Helm staff

Residents at North Howard Street enjoyed an Easter Eggstravaganza party with help from Helm Housing staff. 

Karen Montgomery (Community Coordinator) organised the party with Housing Officer for the area, Alison McBride.  The day involved an Easter trail, a crafts room for children to make Easter cards & masks, and an afternoon of games including pass the parcel and an egg & spoon race. 

Refreshments were available for the adults, and all the children were presented with Easter eggs and an Easter goodie bag. 

Helm would like to thank Fusion Heating and H&J Martin for providing snacks and Easter eggs for all who attended.  Pippa from Fusion Heating came along to the event to provide a helping hand. 

Local residents got involved in organising the event, including creating a Facebook page to invite their neighbours and promote the event. Thanks to Nicola from North Howard Street who provided kids face painting for the day.
