New Texting Service for Fold Tenants and Residents

Fold Housing Association has today launched a new SMS texting service for tenants. The additional communication option will be used to gauge satisfaction with repair work, schedule appointments and issue reminder notifications. 

If you are a Fold tenant or resident, please remember to store the new number 078 6002 7149 in your contacts so you know it is Fold contact you about your home. 

We want to have as many options as possible to communicate with our tenants.  Tenants use texting everyday and it’s essential that we communicate with our customers in a way that suits them.  Texting won’t replace our other communication methods so if you still want to phone, email or call to our office then you can.
