New Homes in Coleraine

Radius Housing has completed the first phase of high quality homes in the Laurel Hill Road area of Coleraine which will see a £ 2 million investment in the local community.

The remaining 16 two and three bedroom family houses and apartments have been handed over by the Main Contractor, M J McBride. All properties are designed to Lifetime Homes and Secured by Design Standards and will provide high quality, safe and energy efficient homes which can be adapted to meet any future needs. The properties are conveniently located close to the town centre.

The second phase of housing at Laurel Hill is on going by BW Homes Ltd and is expected to complete by Spring 2018.
