New Build Development Completed in Cullybackey
Radius Housing has taken handover of new homes for families and over 55's in Cullybackey from Louerne Construction.
The new development at Maine Avenue off Pottinger Street is conveniently located within minutes of town centre and provides 15 two and three bedroom family houses and 9 two bedroom apartments for over 55's. There are three apartments specifically designed for wheelchair users; incorporating a fully accessible kitchen, shower room and larger circulation areas throughout these apartments. All the properties have achieved Secured by Design accreditation.
