Helm win 2 CIH Housing Awards

Helm is delighted to have won two awards at the annual Chartered Institute of Housing 2015 Housing Awards.

The Annual Housing Awards were held on Friday 27 February at Belfast City Hall. 

Helm Housing was proud to receive 5 nominations across 4 categories at the event. 

Sara Millar (Housing Officer) took home the Rising Star Award.  Sara joined Helm in June 2014 as a Housing Officer within our Neighbourhood Team. Sara joins us following employment with a lettings agency.

Our Tenant Liaison Officers won the Customer Service Award for the provision of a crucial link between Helm, tenants and contractors in delivering maintenance programmes. This has improved customer satisfaction across the board. Our Tenant Liaison Officers are Paul McDonagh (Helm Housing), Pippa Mitchell (Fusion Heating) and Charlotte Gatton-Sturgeon (H&J Martin).
