Helm Housing is delighted to have received 5 nominations across 4 categories in the Chartered Institute of Housing''s Housing Awards 2015.

Our nominations are as follows:

Promoting Integration Award: Hemsworth Court, the Social Sofa and Dementia Friendly initiatives - recognising housing related initiatives that encourage integration of communities, whether in terms of age, ethnicity, religion, disability, economic status, housing tenure or other status.

More than Bricks and Mortar Award: Tenants Champion Initiative -Â recognising organisations who have demonstrated commitment to tenant empowerment and improved involvement.

Excellence in Customer Service Award: Delivering enhanced customer services through Tenant Liaison Officers in partnership with H&J Martins and Fusion Heating - recognising organisations who can demonstrate customer service excellence in both practice and innovation.

Rising Star Award: Sara Millar (Housing Officer) and Nichola Casey (Technical Officer) - recognising individuals with the potential to be housing leaders.
