Get Online at FREE Spring Online

Radius Housing are supporting the GO ON NI event at Belfast City Hall on Tuesday 2 May.

Spring Online is FREE and aimed at anyone who wants help getting to grips with digital technology including setting up an online presence through email or social media.

Participants are encouraged to bring along their tablet, laptop or mobile pnein to take part in the free digital workshops which will run throughout the day.   Whatever you want to learn, staff from Belfast City Council and a range of other organisations will be on hand to show you.   Participants and also book into a fix IT surgery if they are having issues with a device.

Workshops will cover:
Setting up an email account
Online banking
Social media
Cloud storage
Internet safety, and
Accessing a variety of services that can save you money.

In addition, the BBC Big Bus will be outside Belfast City Hall for participants to pop in to learn how to Skype, Tweet or use Facebook.

There will be plenty of entertainment with the Old Cinema Club and the event will conclude with lunch and an afternoon tea dance supported by Radius Housing.
