Congratulations! CIH Award for Excellence in Customer Service

People who work in housing and homelessness across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland have been recognised for their contribution to local communities and the wider economy, at the prestigious CIH Housing Awards 2019, held at Titanic Belfast on Friday 22 February.

The awards, which first began in 2010, aim to recognise the outstanding people and many diverse housing organisations that make a real difference not only to housing, but to the lives of ordinary people and the communities in which they live.

Cathy and Frank our Welfare Advice Officers here at Radius Housing were delighted to win the CIH Award for Excellence in Customer Service. This is due to their work in supporting tenants by ensuring they are receiving their full and correct benefit entitlement. The Welfare Advice Service also supports tenants in a range of other financial related issues, such as advice on grant assistance, budgeting and providing access to specialist services for debt management and housing rights.
