As previously reported, Helm Housing have appointed a new response maintenance partner to carry out repairs and upgrades to our current housing stock.
This new partnership with H&J Martin will commence from 1st August.
We kindly ask that for the duration of this week (Monday 28th July - Friday 1st August 2014) only emergency repairs are reported to Helm Housing. This is to allow upgrades to our systems to be embedded. Our exciting new partnership with H&J Martin brings a new tenant focused repairs service using innovative technology and improved communications between you as a tenant, H&J Martin and Helm Housing.
