Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking


This statement is made pursuant to Part 6 Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. Radius Housing fully supports international efforts to combat modern slavery and human trafficking in corporate activities and supply chains.

Organisational StructureRadius Housing Association is a registered Industrial and Provident Society (IP169), a registered charity (NIC102575) in Northern Ireland, and the parent company of Fold Properties Limited (NI024426). The joint annual turnover of Radius Housing exceeds £36m.

Our ApproachOne of our most basic beliefs is that everyone should have the opportunity to work in an environment that is free from discrimination of any kind. To this end the Radius group complies with applicable employment laws and is firmly committed to ensuring fairness in the hiring and advancement of all employees, both permanent and temporary. All of our employees have a personal responsibility for maintaining a respectful work atmosphere, free of abusive or unprofessional conduct. Every member of staff is required to respect fellow employees and to treat them with dignity. We will endeavour to ensure that our procurement and risk management processes are sensitive to reports of any such activity in order that appropriate action may be taken, where appropriate, to exclude such suppliers from our supply chain.
