CIH All-Ireland Housing Award Winners 2025

We’re thrilled to announce that our incredible Radius Tenant Engagement Team has brought home the win in the ‘Beyond Housing’ category at this years' CIH Awards! 

The awards ceremony, held at the iconic Titanic Museum in Belfast on Friday, 21st February 2025, was a night to remember.

This incredible achievement highlights our commitment to tenant involvement, showing our unrivalled commitment in this area, especially as this award recognises organisations and projects that truly make a difference by improving services and neighbourhoods through active tenant engagement.

This win is so much more than just an award. It’s a reflection of the hard work, collaboration, and passion from everyone at Radius and in particular the Tenant Engagement Team. 

The Radius Board, senior management, and staff from all departments come together to ensure that our tenants’ voices are heard at every level, from the doorstep all the way to the boardroom. Our co-designed tenant engagement structure empowers tenants to influence decisions and be a driving force for positive change.

As highlighted in the recent Supporting Communities TP Accreditation Report, the commitment to tenant participation is embedded deeply in Radius’s culture:

“There is clear evidence that tenant participation is embedded into the culture of Radius, and there are many examples of tenants influencing decisions and making a change. Staff are keen, enthusiastic and see tenant participation as a huge benefit to the organisation. This comes from the top and is embedded by everyone."
